Due to the nature of the building under the rows there are stairs in and out of The Hole In Wand Chester which sadly means that those with access needs will find it difficult to enter and exit the building.
Carers are free at the Hole in Wand Chester, please bring proof with you which can be a carer card or similar, we understand not everyone will have one so letters etc will be considered. Carers that are free are there to support the person playing, however please note that carers wishing to play will need to pay an upgrade cost of £2.49 which will include a magical potion.
Sadly we do have any toilets on site however there are many public toilets in our location.
The nearest toilets are located in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre.

We also have sensory bags for should you need these - they are available to lend whilst you are playing golf.
We have seating in our tavern area, we don't have any seating throughout the course for accessibility.
We are currently training all staff on Welcome to Excellences’ training course ‘Welcoming All’ this will provide our team with greater tools in welcoming guests with specific and additional needs.
